Toronto Canteen Tzatziki, smooth and creamy with fresh herbs

Saucery

Tzatziki

Light, creamy, and the dip that disappears first.

This tzatziki is smooth curd, zesty lemon, and a medley of fresh herbs, blended into something light and creamy that works with almost anything. It is the dip that disappears first at every table, every time, without exception.

The base is thick, strained curd that gives it body without heaviness. Fresh cucumber adds crunch and freshness, while the herbs and lemon keep it bright. It is deceptively simple, but the balance took time to get right. Too much of any one ingredient and it tips. This version is exactly where I want it.

Tzatziki is part of the Saucery range, which means it is made fresh, from scratch, with zero preservatives. It pairs with everything from grilled chicken and lamb to chips and fresh vegetables. Or just eat it with a spoon. I will not judge.

What makes it different

  • Thick, strained curd base
  • Fresh cucumber and herbs
  • Zesty lemon finish
  • Made fresh, not shelf-stable
  • Zero preservatives
